I understand that you intend to tape or otherwise record my participation in the AUDACIOUS AUDIO FIVE-FIGURE SUCCESS GROUP teleseminar series. I consent to your use of my voice and participation, in whole or in part, in these recordings or other derivative materials based on them. And I understand that:

• The portions of the recordings that contain my voice will be made available only to those who have registered for the group for their educational purposes only. The portions of the recordings that contain my voice will not be used for any commercial purpose, without my further specific consent.
  
  
• The portions of the recordings containing only the voice of Robert Schultz may be used outside of the group, so long as they do not contain any specific details pertaining to my personal situation and business dealings. I understand that you intend to use these segments containing only the voice of Robert Schultz for educational, promotional and commercial applications.

I hereby assign all rights including future rights to those portions of the recording containing only the voice or Robert Schultz to Robert Schultz. You shall have the right to reproduce, redistribute, prepare derivative works based on these materials without compensation to me.

This release shall be governed in accordance with California law, may be amended only in writing, and constitutes the entire agreement of parties with respect to its subject matter. Any disputes arising hereunder or concerning the subject matter of this release shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the Commercial Rules arbitration of the American Arbitration Association.
